Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, Andrea V. Nelson provides legal guidance to Community Trust and its nonprofit clients. Her area of expertise is in administrative law. Her work experience in includes administrative code/rule review, development and enforcement. She is often called upon to advise on policy and procedural interpretation of governmental agency rules.

Andrea also helps Community Trust with legal counsel to our client nonprofit faith and community - based organizations. This role covers contractual issues, permitting and siting, employment matters, corporate organization and structuring, as well as, corporate investment and financing. Andrea received both her undergraduate and law degree from the University of Georgia in Athens.
